We have opportunities for PRN Therapists to work weekends on-site at the new free-standing psychiatric hospital. 

Responsibilities:  

• Conducts initial assessments.
• Provides Mental health counseling to individuals, groups, and families
• Provides crisis intervention as needed.
• Assures maintenance of all case files and other records in strict compliance with policy, DNV and The Joint Commission regulations.
• Coordinates treatment planning.
• Communicates with inter-disciplinary team in a timely manner.
• Additional duties as assigned

• Two years of inpatient psychiatric experience, strongly preferred
• Hospital experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults is required
• Unencumbered license in Texas as a LMSW, LCSW, LPC.  Will consider LPC-A.
