Med/Surg LPN, IV Certified (Full-Time, Night Shift)

SIGN-ON BONUS: $5,000 

Hardin Medical Center is currently looking for an LPN to perform routine technical nursing duties and assist with other related duties involved in providing patient care. May include explaining programs offered by the Hospital to individuals. Work is performed under the administrative supervision of a licensed physician and/or registered nurse. Reports to the charge nurse, Nurse Manager and/or Nurse Director 

Education

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program 

Work Experience

• 1 year LPN experience in a hospital or nursing home environment is preferred 

License/Certification

• Current Tennessee State Licensed Practical Nurse with no restrictions 
• Must be I.V. Certified 
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association per HMC policy. 
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association per HMC policy.  
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through American Heart Association per HMC policy.
