Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Supervisor to join our team!

This leadership role is critical in supporting overnight operations and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Shift Details:

• 12-hour Overnight Shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Schedule: All days of the week available

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Monitor and document patient behavior, progress, and responses to treatment.
• Administer prescribed medications, including psychotropic medications, changes bandages, and
notes patient reactions.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate).
• Conducts focused patient assessments, collects data, and documents it in patient charts for the
supervising nurses, physicians.
• Works with other staff, such as psychiatrists, to help implement treatment plans.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions or recreational activities.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.

• Current, active RN license to practice in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health setting, such as psychiatric or substance use disorder nursing.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, strong observation skills, and knowledge of basic nursing care and patient safety protocols are essential.
