Signet Health is actively hiring for MA and BA level therapists and social workers for all shifts at our brand new hospital - Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center in Midland, TX.

Responsibilities:  

• Conducts initial assessments.
• Provide Mental health counseling to individuals, groups, and families
• Provides crisis intervention as needed.
• Assures maintenance of all case files and other records in strict compliance with policy and Joint Commission regulations.
• Coordinates treatment planning.
• Additional duties as required to successfully perform within the scope of this role.
• Effectively communicates with team.

Qualifications needed:

• Two years of inpatient psychiatric experience
• Hospital experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Unencumbered license in Texas as a Therapist / Social Worker with either a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent
